Mystic Lunar Elements was created to help reconnect to ourselves through Curanderismo, Breathwork, Reiki, Herbalism, Tarot, Astrology and Yoga.
Using these Ancestral practices, I have helped myself and others to reconnect to parts of themselves they thought lost, to re-discover life, to connect with their passions, and return to joy.
It’s more than recovering from burnout (though we do that here too!), it’s about creating a life you don’t need to escape from by connecting with the cycles of the Earth and the flow of life.
Alicia weaves decades of study, practice and mentorship in a variety of modalities such as Meso-American Curanderismo/Shamanism, Herbalism, Reiki, Breathwork, Tarot, and Yoga together to help people reconnect to the parts of themselves they have forgotten.
Her work blends Ancestral traditions and spiritual tools with modern and practical real-world life skills to support reconnecting with your own inner wisdom and finding fulfillment in your life. Through private sessions, classes, and immersive workshops, Alicia creates a sacred space where you feel comfortable being seen, supported, and empowered to find the wholeness within.
